David Parton is an experienced property solicitor specialising in complex and high value residential conveyancing as partner in our Private Property team. He regularly receives recommendations from rural and high net worth estate and land agents for his pragmatic collaborative approach to achieving clients' desired outcomes in challenging urban and rural matters and advising on associated strategies.

David has over 30 years service at Shoosmiths having joined Shoosmiths in 1991. He has twice sat on the firm's board and served as Divisional Head for all personal advisory services provided by the firm. He was previously Head of our national Conveyancing department for over 20 years and head of our Northampton office for 8 years.
