I am a Partner in Shoosmiths’ national Pensions team advising trustees and employers on all aspects of Pensions law, and the former head of the team for 22 years.

My recent work includes scheme closures and mergers, risk transfer work and benefit rectification exercises. It spans sectors including financial services, manufacturing, retail and not-for-profit.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2000, having previously been a Partner at a City firm. With over 35 years’ experience of advising UK Pension funds, my approach is collaborative, client-focussed and grounded in deep technical expertise.

I’m a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, and active in Pensions UK.
