I lead Shoosmiths’ Company Secretarial Group, supporting over 700 clients with governance, compliance and board advisory services. I specialise in statutory register management, annual filings, shareholder communications and director support. I also advise on UK company formation, restoration, and dissolution, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements with confidence.

I’ve worked in professional services for more than 15 years, with experience spanning board support, subsidiary management and corporate governance. Since joining Shoosmiths in 2021, I’ve grown the team’s client base from 250 to over 700, reflecting our reputation for responsive, high-quality service.

I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and regularly advise boards, company secretaries and in-house legal teams on best practice governance.
