Alongside this, I provide corporate governance guidance to support clients’ ongoing needs.

My practice is centred on mid-market ECM transactions spanning AIM and the Main Market. With broad experience across multiple industries, I have particular expertise in advising clients within the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.
