I am Director of People at Shoosmiths, shaping and delivering the firm's people strategy and fostering a culture of excellence that supports and enables our people to thrive. I’m responsible for all aspects of people strategy and operations, including people advisory and operations, talent acquisition, reward and benefits, performance and talent development, diversity, equity and inclusion and sustainability.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I led HR for EMEA at a global financial services firm. I began my career as an employment lawyer, which gives me a strong foundation in both legal and people matters. I’m passionate about driving sustainable growth through talent and enabling cultures that support high performance.

I believe strongly in inclusion and community support: until recently I was a trustee of Galop, the LGBT+ anti-abuse charity, and chair of its people sub-committee and I currently sit on the remuneration committee for St John's College Oxford. I hold an honours degree in Law and French Law from the University of Oxford.
