I lead Shoosmiths’ national M&A practice and head our North West Corporate team, advising on complex corporate transactions across borders and sectors. My focus is on strategic acquisitions, reorganisations and venture arrangements, often involving global clients and multi-jurisdictional structures. I’m known for my pragmatic, client-first approach and ability to manage high-value deals with precision.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2022, I spent over 28 years at a global law firm ranked No.1 in deal volume across the UK, Europe and globally. My experience spans FTSE 100 acquisitions, international restructurings, and IPOs. I’ve advised on transactions involving robotics, cosmetics, telecoms and financial services, and regularly lead global client relationships.

I’m recognised as a leading lawyer in Legal 500 and have received multiple awards, including Corporate Leader of the Year and inclusion in the Top 50 Most Powerful Businesswomen. I’m a member of Shoosmiths’ international strategy group and actively contribute to thought leadership in the corporate space.
