I trained at Shoosmiths and qualified as an Associate in 2025. Based in our Milton Keynes office, I advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment law.

My work includes supporting clients through Employment Tribunal proceedings, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, and providing practical advice on employee relations and workplace policies.

I also partner with our Corporate team on the employment aspects of high-value transactions - including sales, acquisitions and investments - handling due diligence and post-completion matters.

Time spent in our Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams during training, together with a commercial secondment at Mercedes-Benz, gives me first-hand insight into client pressures and commercial realities. I bring that perspective to a pragmatic approach and clear, business-focused advice.
