I'm a partner in Shoosmiths' corporate team, specialising in private equity transactions and portfolio company matters. I advise sponsors and management teams on buyouts, growth equity, exits and co-investments, and regularly work alongside leading international law firms on complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional transactions across the UK, Europe and North America.

Recent transaction highlights include co-leading the Shoosmiths team on Five Arrows Principal Investments and Deutsche Beteiligungs AG's acquisition of Totalmobile and its merger with Solvares Group, working alongside Hengeler Mueller, and co-leading Five Arrows' sale of its investment in Kpler to Sixth Street. As Shoosmiths' private equity relationship partner for AURELIUS, I have supported the investor on major cross-border acquisitions, including its agreement to acquire Hain International, working alongside Freshfields and another recent significant international transaction for AURELIUS, alongside Jones Day.

Other experience at Shoosmiths includes advising CGE Partners and Five Arrows on their joint investment in Intact, Five Arrows and TA Associates on their majority investment in Agilio Software, Five Arrows on its US investments in Springbrook, KEV Group and NetVendor, and BioPhorum on several bolt-on acquisitions in the UK and Europe.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I held General Counsel roles at two private equity-backed businesses, leading legal strategy across M&A, integration and exits. I also worked alongside Shoosmiths as part of the legal team at Rothschild & Co’s Five Arrows Principal Investments, advising on cross-border investments into N2Y, Mintec, Agribriefing and Kpler.
