I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, specialising in private equity transactions and portfolio company matters. I advise sponsors and management teams on buyouts, growth equity, exits and refinancings and regularly co-counsel side by side with other law firms on international deals in the US and across Europe. Recent transaction highlights include advising Five Arrows and DBAG on their acquisition of a majority stake in Totalmobile (subject to regulatory approvals), CGE Partners and Five Arrows on their joint investment in Intact, Five Arrows and TA Associates on their majority investment into Agilio Software, and Five Arrows in the United States on its majority investment in Springbrook, KEV Group and NetVendor.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I held General Counsel roles at two private equity-backed businesses, leading legal strategy across M&A, integration and exits. I also worked alongside Shoosmiths as part of the legal team at Rothschild & Co’s Five Arrows Principal Investments, advising on cross-border investments into N2Y, Mintec, Agribriefing and Kpler.
