I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, based in Thames Valley. I advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and governance matters. My clients include investors, management teams and owner-managed businesses across a range of sectors. Recent work includes advising YFM on its investment into SOS Leak Detection and acting for the sellers in the sale and MBO of RGE Limited.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2021, having trained and qualified at a firm in Newcastle. My early experience included advising on complex transactions and supporting clients through key milestones in their business lifecycle. I bring a proactive, detail-driven approach to every matter, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout.
