I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ intellectual property team, advising clients on complex IP disputes and portfolio strategy. My work spans trade marks, patents, copyright, designs and confidential information, with recent highlights including multi-jurisdictional litigation in the entertainment, fashion, and retail sectors. I’m known for delivering strategic, commercially focussed advice that drives results.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I trained at a leading firm. I have acted in proceedings before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and High Court and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and have led cross-border disputes involving Germany, China, and the US. In addition to contentious work, I also regularly draft and negotiate IP agreements including licences, R&D collaborations, and technology transfers.

I’m recognised in Legal 500 and IAM Patent 1000 as a Next Generation advisor. I’m a member of the International Trademark Association, the Law Society of England & Wales, and the SRA. I regularly contribute to industry publications and support emerging talent through mentoring and thought leadership.
