My work covers the full spectrum of rights, including copyright, trade marks, designs, and patents, with a focus on delivering commercial solutions.

I regularly support high-profile clients with protecting, exploiting, and enforcing their IP, ensuring their interests are safeguarded in a competitive market. I have experience working on litigation in the High Court (IP List), Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the Court of Appeal throughout the pre-action stage to trial. In addition, I regularly support clients with complex licencing arrangements and transactions.
