I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, based in Leeds, advising on M&A, venture capital, private equity and joint ventures. I’ve recently supported Hela Brands on its acquisition of Focus Brands from JD Sports, and Gresham House Ventures on its investment into Ozone Financial Technology.

I completed my Law degree at Newcastle University and LPC at the University of Law in Leeds. I joined Shoosmiths as a newly qualified Associate in 2023, and completed a secondment at Evri during my training, gaining experience in civil claims and contract negotiation.

I’m passionate about supporting clients through strategic transactions and committed to delivering clear, practical advice. I work collaboratively across teams and sectors to ensure seamless service and positive outcomes.
