I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, specialising in commercial property transactions and portfolio management. I advise institutional landlords, developers and occupiers on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and refinancing. I also advise on clean energy generation and infrastructure developments, supporting clients with strategic input on site assembly.

My recent work includes leading cross-office teams on acquisitions for the Third Space Group, advising on a £76.5m London office disposal, and supporting national heat network developments. I’ve been part of Shoosmiths since 2014, and I bring sector insight and commercial clarity to every deal.

I sit on the Balance gender equality network committee and am committed to supporting inclusive culture and environmental progress.
