I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, based in the Solent office. I advise on acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions, investments and corporate governance. I work with private equity investors, management teams and owner-managed businesses, with particular depth in the education sector.

Recent highlights include advising Dukes Education and Cavendish Education on multiple acquisitions. I also advised Ten Entertainment Group plc on its £287m takeover by Trive Capital Partners and supported the merger of n2y and Texthelp.

I’m known for my calm, commercial approach and ability to deliver results in high-pressure environments.
