I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Birmingham, advising corporate occupiers on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management. I’ve supported national retailers on lease assignments, hive-ups and strategic disposals, and acted on auction sales and multi-property transactions across the UK.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2015, I’ve built a reputation for responsive, practical advice that helps clients manage risk and deliver results. I’ve completed a secondment with a national retailer, gaining hands-on experience in estate strategy and asset management.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ charity and corporate responsibility initiatives.
