I am a Legal Director in the Corporate Occupier Team based out of our Birmingham office. I advise our clients on a wide range of portfolio real estate matters and deliver strategic solutions that align with boarder client business objectives. I am hard working, dedicated and passionate about getting to know our clients and working with them to deliver results. My focus is delivering tailored, pragmatic solutions that enhance our clients’ experiences.

During my time at Shoosmiths I have actively contributed to the development of innovative tech-enabled solutions that improve transparency and efficiency for all.

I have also undertaken a secondment within the property team of a well-known retailer where I provided technical advice on a variety of property related issues across their portfolio whilst working alongside their inhouse team to fully understand and integrate with their portfolio processes, strategic decision-making and day to day management.

I specialise in navigating the complex requirements of occupiers whose real estate needs span jurisdictions, lease structures, and operational priorities. Recognising that property is often a non-core function for these organisations, but I provide guidance that enables clients to optimise their portfolios while maintaining focus on their primary business goals.

Recent deal highlights include: -

• negotiating and advising on the largest logistical warehouse for a leading logistical client to secure services to a well-known brand;

• developing and testing the technological offerings Shoosmiths has developed to assist in complex volume transactions with speed and accuracy;

• assisting a retailer deal with the 'hive up' integration of numerous properties within their main trading entity;

• involved in the review of a portfolio to consider the suitability of a solar panel role out and the negotiation of solar leases, licences and deed of variations to enable such role out
