I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, with over 20 years’ experience advising on investment acquisitions and development projects. I specialise in purpose-built student accommodation, mixed-use schemes and strategic regeneration, with recent highlights including a 2.4 million sq ft city centre development and the acquisition of a 149-acre ex-colliery site.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2022, I built a strong track record acting on landmark office, leisure and residential schemes, including one of Manchester’s most sustainable buildings and a major regional office deal. I’ve also led teams servicing national cinema operators and advised on complex site structures and financing arrangements.

I’m recognised as a Rising Star in The Legal 500 and am a member of the Law Society of England & Wales. I contribute to Shoosmiths’ mentoring programmes and regularly advise clients across the student accommodation, leisure and healthcare sectors.
