I’m a Senior Associate in our Leeds construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction law. I advise developers, funders, landlords and tenants on development finance, forward funding and conventional construction projects. My work includes drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and security documents, and feeding into upstream agreements such as development funding agreements and agreements for lease.

I qualified in 2021 and bring over six years of experience across high-value residential, commercial and ESG-focussed developments. Recent highlights include leading on the construction aspects of a £300m single-family housing portfolio, a £100m PRS scheme in Manchester, and the redevelopment of ESG-led office spaces in Central London.

I’m a member of the Charity Committee and contribute to initiatives that promote social impact and collaboration across the firm.
