Dual qualified in UK and French law, I have extensive experience in managing large, international trade mark portfolios and implementing commercially driven IP strategies. I advise clients on contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including trade mark clearance, global trade mark protection strategy, filing and prosecution, oppositions and cancellation actions, licensing and commercial transactions, enforcement and policing strategies, infringement, and domain name related disputes.

I work with clients from a wide range of sectors, but in particular Consumer & Retail, Mobility and Technology.
