I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising early and growth-stage companies on venture capital, private equity, and general corporate transactions. I also act for leading investors in the technology sector.

My practice spans equity financings, bridge rounds, secondary transactions, and venture debt. I’ve been seconded as Legal Counsel to a global early-stage investor, advising on cross-border investments and portfolio management.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I worked at a major US law firm and have experience in domestic and international M&A. I bring a commercially focussed, solutions-led approach to every transaction.
