As a Senior Manager in Shoosmiths’ recovery services group, I bring over 20 years’ experience in the debt recovery sector. Starting as a legal secretary in 1989, I have progressed to team leader, managing a wide range of commercial and consumer debt matters for clients in the building trade and banking finance.

I have a proven track record of achieving high collection rates while maintaining a sympathetic approach with customers. My recent work includes managing bulk placements for debt purchasers, overseeing consumer and commercial debt recovery, and supporting clients with tailored solutions.
