I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, based in Manchester. I specialise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and portfolio work for PE houses. My recent experience includes advising LDC on its investment into CTI Holdings, supporting Literacy Capital on multiple MBOs and bolt-on acquisitions, and acting for Phoenix Equity Partners on its investment in Mobius Life. I’ve also led on the sale of Eyeko to The Hut Group and supported MyDentist on numerous disposals.

I trained and qualified at Shoosmiths before joining Addleshaw Goddard, where I spent five years in the Corporate team. I returned to Shoosmiths in 2022, bringing deep experience in strategic transactions and investor-led growth.
