Senior associate advising on cross-border PE transactions
I’m a senior associate in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, advising on private equity and M&A transactions. I act for sponsors, corporates and management teams on acquisitions, disposals, investments and shareholder arrangements. My work spans sectors including technology, education and consumer goods.
Recent highlights include advising Five Arrows on its acquisition of Texthelp and Sygnature Discovery, Gravity Global on its sale to Elysian Capital, and Beeline Group on its acquisition of JoinedUp. I also supported Estée Lauder on its $2.2bn investment into DECIEM Beauty Group.
I trained at Shoosmiths and completed a secondment with Volkswagen Group UK. I’m known for my collaborative style and ability to manage complex transactions with precision.
