I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Banking and Finance team, specialising in leveraged finance, venture debt and corporate lending. I advise banks, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a range of national and cross-border financing transactions.

I have been part of the Banking and Finance team since joining as a paralegal in 2023, and qualified into the team in September 2026.

My experience includes:

• advising Blitz Hire and its shareholders on its existing financing arrangements with Santander UK in connection with BGF’s investment in the business;
• advising Investec on the financing supporting Beech Tree Private Equity’s acquisition of Inspiro Learning, a UK provider of apprenticeships and technical training; and
• advising a major UK clearing bank on £20 million term and revolving facilities supporting an acquisition and the refinancing of existing indebtedness.
