As a Professional Support Lawyer in Shoosmiths’ Corporate Division, I focus on technology and innovation, helping our lawyers streamline processes and deliver efficient, high-quality service. My background includes a wide range of transactional experience, from mergers and acquisitions to venture capital, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Before moving into my current role, I was a legal director in the corporate team, supporting clients through complex transactions and advising on best practice. I am passionate about using technology to improve legal operations and support our lawyers in delivering value to clients.
