I am a dual-qualified Principal Associate in the Real Estate team based in Edinburgh. With over 15 years of experience,  I deliver solutions driven legal advice in connection with real estate transactions throughout the UK.

My expertise spans acting for landlords, tenants and funders on assets and transactions across Scotland, England and Wales.  I have advised secured lenders on a several significant transactions, including cross-border and UK-wide refinancing deals.  I also have experience acting for clients within the living and energy sectors, and often provide real estate support on corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of UK corporate entities.
