As a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Edinburgh office, I specialise in employment law, regularly representing clients in tribunals across the UK. I advise on contentious matters, including discrimination, TUPE, and restrictive covenants, and work closely with real estate and corporate teams on business sales and acquisitions.

My recent work includes defending clients in high-value discrimination claims, managing collective consultation exercises, and providing management training on equality, TUPE, and performance management. I am a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Employment Law Sub-Committee and a course tutor at the University of Law.
