I am a finance lawyer focused on transactions in the energy, infrastructure and structured projects space. I advise lenders, borrowers and sponsors on how best to structure, document and close debt financings. My recent work has been focussed on renewables related assets and has included solar and wind energy generation, energy from waste, energy distribution and CCUS.

I have more than two decades’ experience in top-tier international practice, including many years in a market-leading Magic Circle team and recent roles as in-house legal counsel at major international banks, with a broader background in leveraged and acquisition finance. I advise on the full suite of debt documentation – from loan and common terms agreements to security and intercreditor arrangements. My experience spans senior, subordinated and holdco debt transactions and advice as to the implications of financing terms for operational issues, acquisitions, disposals and regulatory developments.
