I’m a corporate partner in our Belfast office, advising on M&A, private equity and venture capital investments. I work with shareholders, directors and investors across a range of corporate matters—from buyouts and joint ventures to restructures and governance. I’ve led some of the largest and most complex deals in Northern Ireland, particularly in the technology and sustainability sectors.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I held various legal roles and trained at a major bank across Belfast, Bristol and London. I’ve been qualified in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales since 2015, and I bring a calm, measured approach to negotiations that helps clients move forward with confidence.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and the Law Society of Northern Ireland.
