I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, based in Birmingham, advising on growth and venture capital, M&A and joint ventures. I work with private companies, institutional investors, founders and management teams across sectors. My recent work includes advising on investments, disposals and strategic partnerships for clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporates.

I trained and qualified at a leading UK firm and joined Shoosmiths to focus on high-growth businesses and investor-led transactions. My experience spans early-stage funding, buy-and-build strategies and complex shareholder arrangements.
