I am a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ real estate team, advising landlords, tenants and corporate occupiers on portfolio management, as well as investment acquisitions and disposals. I also support lenders on UK property finance matters and regularly advise on the property aspects of corporate transactions.

Recent work includes advising on the real estate aspects of the acquisition of multiple investment assets through corporate vehicles for a large education provider, and assisting with the management of a portfolio of over 200 properties for the Group.
