As a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Pensions team, I advise trustees and employers on all aspects of pensions law, with a focus on buy-ins, buy-outs, surplus distribution, and benefit rectification. My experience includes advising on asset and liability transfers, scheme wind-ups, and complex governance arrangements.

I have a background in employment law, which enables me to provide holistic advice on the employment and pensions aspects of corporate transactions. I am a committee member of the Thames Valley branch of Pensions UK and a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
