Litigator trusted on high-profile corporate disputes
I lead Shoosmiths’ London office and am head of the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in London. I advise on complex cross-border and domestic disputes, with a focus on shareholder disputes, corporate issues, commercial disputes and financial litigation. My recent work includes acting for private equity firms, major corporates and high-net-worth individuals in high-stakes litigation and arbitration.
Before joining Shoosmiths, I held senior roles at leading international firms, including co-heading the London disputes team at a US firm. I’ve acted on landmark cases such as the shareholder dispute concerning the ownership of the Claridges group, disputes for top PE houses and advised on many international insolvencies including Lehman Brothers. My experience spans sectors from technology and media to financial services and luxury hospitality.
I’m ranked in Chambers UK, Legal 500 and London Super Lawyers, and recognised for my commercial approach and strategic insight. I contribute to Shoosmiths’ international strategy and regularly speak on corporate litigation and cross-border dispute resolution.
