I’m a principal associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team, advising on advisory, contentious and non-contentious restructuring matters. I support lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors and creditors on Restructuring Plans, CVAs, administrations and business and asset sales.

My experience spans several high-profile and market leading matters including advising Tasty PLC and Outside Clinic Limited on their sanctioned Restructuring Plans. I have also recently advised The Original Factory Store Limited on its successful CVA.

Notable sales I have been involved in acting seller side include Bodycare, the Challenge recruitment group of companies, Pelta Medical Papers, Plumbs, Sambro International, Crosstown Doughnuts, Joules, Oakland Glass and Hamilton Adhesive Labels amongst others.

Notable acquisitions I have been involved in acting buyer side include Huboo Technologies, Majestic Bingo, clothing brand Evans and Amscan International (brands include Ginger Ray Ltd and Party Delights Ltd) amongst others.

I joined Shoosmiths as a trainee and qualified into the team in 2016. I’ve been recognised by Legal 500 as a key lawyer in the Manchester team and completed a secondment with Santander UK Plc.
