I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Birmingham, advising on residential development transactions. I work with top 10 national housebuilders on both instant and strategic land deals, helping them achieve commercial outcomes.

My recent work includes a £3.5m acquisition with a rapid turnaround, two deals with combined GDVs of £130m, and a large certificate of title exercise for a portfolio refinance and sale. I take a market-led approach to help clients move quickly and decisively.

I’ve also completed a client secondment with Avant Homes, gaining valuable insight into developer priorities and strengthening my ability to deliver practical, business-focussed advice.
