I advise both employer and employee clients on the whole array of employment issues. I pride myself on providing practical and pragmatic advice with an awareness that employment law advice is really not a “one size fits all approach”.
I have a particular focus on scaling companies and have strong experience in life science, retail and fashion and the tech sector.
I have also advised a number of start-up Founders as they look to establish and grow their businesses.
My experience covers the lifespan of the employment relationship – from advising on contracts of employment to workplace disputes and ultimately dismissal and post termination restrictions.
I also advise clients on their company wide People strategy including advising on remote working (both in the UK and internationally).
I have acted for clients in both the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

- Advising senior executives in relation to post termination restrictions.
- Acting for a tech company in relation to a complex race discrimination Tribunal claim.
- Drafting and reviewing TUPE provisions in relation to an outsourcing of IT services.
As well as working in city law firms, I also worked in-house at a US Headquartered brokerage firm and so am acutely aware how clients like and need to receive their advice.
I also regularly provides training sessions to HR and in-house legal teams as well as speaking at events discussing hot topics in Employment law.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my 3 young children and enjoy playing football and tennis.
