I lead Shoosmiths’ Business Crime and Regulatory team advising companies, directors and individuals on all aspects of regulatory compliance and enforcement.

My work includes advising on investigations and prosecutions in areas as diverse as corporate manslaughter and gross negligence manslaughter, health and safety breaches, fire safety, food safety and labelling, product safety and recall, and environmental compliance.

I co-lead Shoosmiths' Consumer and Retail sector where we excel in supporting clients across retail, leisure and hospitality, consumer goods, food and beverage, and e-commerce.  We provide comprehensive compliance advice across the entire product lifecycle, from idea inception to responsible end-of-life recycling.

I’m a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association and the Food Law Group, and regularly speak at public events including IOSH conferences. I am ranked nationally as a Leading Individual in legal directories for health and safety and food safety.
