As a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Pensions team, I advise employers, trustees, actuaries, and other professionals on all aspects of occupational and personal pension arrangements. My approach is proactive, focussing on understanding the issues and developing pragmatic solutions for long-term outcomes.

My experience includes advising on investment strategy, corporate transactions, scheme mergers, buy-ins and buy-outs, and compliance with auto-enrolment. I regularly support trustees with ongoing scheme management, data protection issues, drafting scheme documents, and providing bespoke training. I am also a trustee myself and work closely with not-for-profit clients and charities.

I am a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers, the Pensions Management Institute, and the Law Society of Scotland. I am passionate about supporting clients through change and helping them achieve clarity and confidence in managing pension matters.
