I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Leeds, advising developers, investors and corporate occupiers on strategic site acquisitions and commercial property transactions. My work spans development agreements, landlord and tenant matters, and mixed-use schemes, with recent highlights including care home developments and strategic land deals.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2017, I’ve focussed on helping clients unlock value through practical, commercially sound advice. My experience includes acting for investor clients and developers on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management, always with a clear focus on outcomes.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
