I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, specialising in venture capital, growth capital and sustainable infrastructure. I advise institutions, founders and companies on funding rounds, M&A and capital raisings. Recent deals include investments into EV charging, fibre networks and biotech platforms, with clients including Equitix, Gresham House and Foresight Group.

I joined Shoosmiths with deep experience in VC transactions and now lead our spHERe initiative—supporting female founders and investors through meaningful networking and sector insight. My work spans Series A to exit, with a focus on ESG-led growth and next-generation infrastructure.

I’m recognised in Legal 500 and regularly advise on governance, shareholder arrangements and strategic fundraising. I am a sector lead for the firm’s Energy & Infrastructure Sector.
