I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Birmingham, specialising in real estate finance and secured lending. I act for UK clearing banks, specialist lenders and corporate borrowers on complex financing transactions, including multi-property portfolios.

Since qualifying at Shoosmiths in 2010, I’ve advised on acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters across retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors. I’m known for delivering clear, commercially grounded advice that helps clients secure funding and manage risk.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ mentoring and training programmes.
