Hester is an Associate in the Corporate team based in the London office with experience advising on a broad range of matters including M&A, public company fundraises and takeovers, private equity transactions and general corporate governance. She works with corporates, investors, private equity houses and management teams across a variety of sectors both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining Shoosmiths in March 2025, Hester trained at a leading specialist commercial real estate firm in London where she qualified into the Corporate team in December 2023.
