I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Sheffield.  I joined Shoosmiths in 2017, having qualified in 2016.

I provide expert advice on a broad range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on strategic land transactions. My experience encompasses managing the due diligence required for site assembly, advising on steps to ensure sites are “market ready”, and assisting on complex disposals. I have also supported corporate transactions and gained valuable in-house experience with a leading PLC developer.
