I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ private equity team, advising on domestic and international PE and M&A transactions. I act for sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams across sectors including technology, healthcare and pharma.
Recent highlights include advising Five Arrows on investments into Schivo Medical, Mintec and Agilio, and supporting Agilio on multiple bolt-on acquisitions. I also advised on the merger of n2y and Texthelp to form Everway, and subsequent acquisitions including Scholarcy and Matchware.
