I’m a principal associate in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, advising on venture capital, M&A, private equity and public company transactions. I work with UK and international clients on investments, joint ventures and corporate governance matters.

Recent highlights include advising Hipgnosis on its $1.6bn takeover bid from Blackstone, PI Industries on its scheme acquisition of Plant Health Care, and NIOX Group on its £26m tender offer. I also supported Renalytix plc on its £11m placing.
