I am a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Financial Services team, specialising in regulated and unregulated asset finance, with a particular focus on motor finance and FCA compliance. I advise clients on credit, lease, and hire products, as well as business-to-business transactions and compliance projects.

My experience includes supporting large finance houses with security transactions, drafting and reviewing credit agreements, and advising on financial promotions and online distribution models. I regularly share industry know-how through panels, forums, and written insights, and have been recognised as a rising star in asset finance.
