Irem is a planning solicitor who joined the team as an Associate in September 2025. She assists on a wide range of planning and infrastructure matters for both public and private clients, including drafting and negotiating complex Section 106 and Section 278/38 agreements for residential and commercial development schemes.

Her experience also includes supporting the promotion of Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs), assisting in the defence of a Town and Village Green application, and involvement in judicial review proceedings.

Irem is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
