I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Birmingham, with over nine years’ experience advising on commercial property transactions. I act for housebuilders, manufacturers, automotive clients and investment funds—supporting acquisitions, leasehold management and development finance.

My recent work includes advising a major French automotive brand on showroom acquisitions and disposals, supporting refinancing and land development loans, and managing portfolio transactions for SMEs and lenders. I’m known for my responsive, commercially focussed advice and ability to build strong client relationships.
