I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ London Corporate team, advising private equity sponsors, corporates and management teams on M&A, investment and exit transactions across sectors including education, infrastructure and consumer goods. I play a leading role in managing transactions from diligence through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, driving deal execution and leading the drafting and negotiation of principal transaction documents. Combining technical legal expertise with commercial project management, I help clients navigate complex transactions efficiently and achieve their strategic objectives.

Recent highlights include advising on H.I.G. Capital’s investment into Phoenix ME, the sale of Pareto FM to Pictet, the management buyout of Message Direct and acting as lead associate on the disposal of UDriver Cover to TBIG.

Alongside my transactional work, I am a member of the firm's Innovation and Social Committees. I am known for my proactive approach, resilience under pressure and ability to build strong working relationships, enabling clients and deal teams to deliver successful outcomes on complex and demanding transactions.
