I’m an associate in Shoosmiths’ Thames Valley corporate team, supporting private equity and M&A transactions across sectors including education, infrastructure and consumer goods. I lead legal due diligence, manage deal processes and provide practical support to clients and internal teams. Recent highlights include advising on the sale of Pareto FM to Pictet, the MBO of Message Direct, and the disposal of Bravissimo to Wacoal Europe.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2021, I worked in-house at a commercial property firm and completed a secondment with Meridian, gaining experience in private equity and corporate finance. I graduated with distinction from the LPC and hold an upper second-class law degree.

I’m a member of the Innovation and Social Committees and known for my resilience, attention to detail and collaborative approach.
