I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, specialising in investment transactions and portfolio management. I advise landlords, tenants, pension funds and financial institutions on acquisitions, disposals and asset management across office, retail and industrial sectors.

Recent projects include acting on the sale of two outlet centres, one of which is the largest in the UK, for £600m, the sale of a centre for a pension fund for £90m, acting for a technology and science company on their headquarter letting in London. I have also acted for logistics companies in relation to their UK portfolio.  I also support corporate and finance transactions with real estate due diligence and strategic advice.

I’ve been part of Shoosmiths since 2016 and bring a clear, outcome-focussed approach to every deal. I’m a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and known for delivering practical, commercially sound guidance.
