I am a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Leeds, with over 20 years’ experience advising on investment and development transactions principally in the Mobility, Logistics and Manufacturing sector.

I specialise in industrial and logistics schemes, acting for REITs, developers and institutional investors. Recent highlights include the ongoing growth and asset management of a REIT's  £600 million UK portfolio, the  promotion and development of several motorway connected development sites for a prominent developer and acting for a consortium on the acquisition and promotion of a £1bn mixed-use regeneration scheme in Leeds city centre.

My practice spans forward funding, strategic site assembly , investment portfolio acquisitions and disposals and asset management. I am known for my ability to navigate complex deals and deliver commercially focused advice that helps clients realise value and manage risk.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and regularly contribute to Shoosmiths’ real estate leadership and training programmes.
